When do you ship orders?
I ship by registered airmail Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, unless it is a holiday or the post office is closed for the day. I will inform you by email of any delays such as severe weather preventing me from sending orders on time. If you sent payment via e-check to PayPal it must clear before I ship your order.

Do you ship to AFO/FPO addresses?
Absolutely. However due to the distances involved in shipping to many AFO/FPO addresses it will often take longer for your order to arrive than shipping within the continental US.

How often do you updated your inventory?
We update our inventory on a daily basis. We try our best to make sure our current inventory is as accurate as possible.

What if I order an item that has suddenly gone out of stock?
Although we update our inventory on a daily basis, There will be rare cases where a product might suddenly go out of stock or discontinued. If this is the case, we will either issue a full refund for the amount paid or we can send you the item as soon as it becomes available. The option is yours. (note: If an item has gone discontinued, we can only issue a full refund.)

Within Your shopping cart click on alternative payment. From here enter you shipping information and click next. Then click on the PayPal payment option and click submit order.

How do I pay with my credit/debit card?
Within your shopping cart click on alternative payment and enter your shipping information. Once you have entered your shipping information, click next to go to the next page. From here select the PayPal payment option & click submit order. Then click on the PayPal payment button. From here you will have the option of paying with either your PayPal account or credit/debit card.

What is your return Policy?
If you are unhappy with your order or if it arrives broken you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving it for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Registered Airmail:--- 15 to 35 working days to most destinations.

How much do you charge for shipping?
